Here’s how the process works:
- We provide free on-site estimates of what the job will cost and how long it will take. This will depend on the size of the carpet and the type of yarn - wool, synthetic etc
- We carefully move furniture to ensure nothing gets damaged
- Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed and any stains will be treated with a pre-wash detergent*
- We use a professional carpet cleaning process with a hot water extractor
- After cleaning your carpets, we will replace furniture as we found it
- We will then carry out a post-cleaning inspection with you to ensure you are happy with the results
*If we don’t feel 100% confident that we can remove particularly tough or old stains we will always tell you up front.
